Hi! I’m Lora.

My role is to maximize returns for our stakeholders by uncovering opportunities to increase cashflow and the overall value of our existing assets. In addition, my goal is to help grow our real estate portfolio by evaluating strategic acquisition and development opportunities.

My career path is the result of an intrinsic interest in how people interact with real estate and how, over time, communities transform when developers, residents and retailers respond to demographic, societal and economic trends. I intend on applying the skills I have acquired working in the industry for over 12 years which include a strong understanding of the overall development process, leasing and contract management and the exposure to different financial models and partnership structures.

Hi I’m Jeff.

I have been part of the Cando team since 2001. Over the past 5 years, I have transitioned into the role of President, handling everything from day to day operations, client relations and strategic growth. I have said in the past that I consider us to be a diligent and proactive operator – one that is not afraid to evolve.

I will be focusing on taking the performance of all our existing assets to the next level and looking for new ways to deploy capital using a conservative approach that has proven to be successful for us and our stakeholders.
